Paul is a Director of the company and has worked in financial services since 1991.  Within his role of the last 10 years as Independent Financial Adviser, he has been incorporating overseas property into clients’ portfolios of Investments and Retirement Planning to great effect.  Researching new destinations and building relationships with developers is now a key part of his work.

Dawn Hutchings

Dawn is the other Director of Regency.  She too has worked in financial services for over 10 years, focussing on FSA Compliance and Marketing.  These skills have transferred nicely to property sales, where her role is gathering and displaying the property information for clients, in a way that is clear and not misleading, yet still attractive.

Alan Fry

Alan’s background is also financial services and banking.  His role in recent years has been as a UK Mortgage Adviser and now leading naturally into Overseas Mortgages.  He presents property details to clients, helps them understand the costs and advises on how to fund their purchases.

Clare Bradley
Client Services Executive

Clare’s background in financial services has given her the ultimate training in organisation and efficiency.  She is responsible for all aspects of administration and her attention to detail keeps everyone in check! She works with clients and other staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
